What does inspection mean?

The inspection means that when we are onsite, we will check out your equipment in more detail than the purpose for the call, and make all repairs or adjustments we can.

How does the call response work?

Call response refers to the ‘service call’ response time for your appointment. This applies only to our ‘Primary Service Area‘. See Below.

What does the monthly appointment cover?

The monthly appointment promises that we will visit each month and inspect the equipment. Pro and Deluxe VIPs receive a half hour and full hour, respectively.

What is the difference between parts and supplies?

Parts need replacing and supplies need replenishing.

How long is the contract?

This is not a contract, buy what you need, upgrade at anytime, plan expires automatically and is not refundable.

Service Area

Basic service call in our Primary service area is $135.00 for the highlighted portion of the map. This will cover the initial travel, diagnosis, repair and some parts. If a return trip or major parts are needed, there may be an additional charge.

Additional time is billed at $95.00 per hour for any time spent on your repairs. Any extra time or parts will be discussed and estimated during the initial service call.

A few specific cities inside our Primary area are:

Denver, Aurora, Strasburg, Watkins, Kiowa, Parker, Briargate, Monument, Castle Rock, Conifer, Evergreen, Morrison, Boulder, Golden, Broomfield, Longmont, Firestone, Ft. Lupton, Brighton, Highlands Ranch.

You can also view additional highlighted maps of our Extended zones for single site appointment pricing. A single service call in this area ranges from $175.00 to $395.00, for locations as far as Rawlins, Casper and Lusk, Wyoming. Scottsbluff and North Platte, Nebraska. Garden City and Hayes, Kansas. Las Vegas and Taos, New Mexico. Grand Junction, Craig and Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

We also provide services outside these areas as needed on a bid basis with a deposit.
