Our state-of-the-art EVERLAST BELT is a maintenance-free, self-lubricating treadmill belt that provides a uniquely smooth and quiet experience for the user.

Ten minutes later I received a return text asking if the safety cord would be connected to that spot with the yellow button. It could be, and was, and my problem was solved. Except for me feeling pretty stupid. The important thing was the quick response and pleasant help Hagen provided. No over-sell and need for a service call.
