Auctions will run from time to time, so be sure to register an account to be notified of existing and upcoming Auctions.
Each Auction has specific terms outlined on the auction page, please be sure to carefully review them before bidding.
When Placing a bid for added convenience, simply place your top bid and our automation system will auto bid for you up to your maximum bid, and notify you if you have been outbid. (Example Current bid is $100, your max bid is $500, Bid for $150 is placed on your behalf until another bidder places his/her bid, and so forth).

By bidding you are agreeing to the following terms:
All items must be removed by June 16th. Any items left beyond this date will be considered abandoned. Please do not bid if you’re unable to pay for and remove purchases by June 16th.
All items in the auction are sold AS IS – WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. If you believe an item you win is materially different from what was conveyed, we will consider a refund of the purchase price ONLY (No hauling, repair, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. MHTT must be notified within 2 days of the final removal date of the auction.
Buyer’s Payment Surcharge:
There will be a 7% buyer’s Payment Surcharged (reduced to 0% if paying in cash or cash equivalent) added to all winning bid prices, and the buyer’s premium is subject to all applicable sales tax.
Inspection Times:
Saturday, June 11th
11:00am – 2:00pm
Removal:
Removal days will be June 13th,14th, and 15th from 7:15 am – 8:45 pm by appointment only and June 16th from 9:00 am – 3:45 pm.
When you receive your invoice at the completion of the auction, please reply with your preferred time between the two above listed time frames, we will reply to confirm date and time, if there is a scheduling conflict, we will suggest a close alternative.
If items are not removed by 3:45 pm on June 16th, a $250 fee will be charged. Any items not picked up by the removal deadline are considered abandoned and no further rights will accrue to you, including but not limited to no further access to said items and revocation of the right to participate in future auctions. For the avoidance of doubt and in accordance with the Terms of Use, once the removal period ends, MHTT may resell the items with no further obligation or liability to the Buyer and may charge the Buyer a relisting fee in addition to any amounts already paid.
Payment Terms:
Upon the closing of the last lot in any Auction, you agree that the sum of your winning Bids, including all applicable taxes, and Buyer’s Premium (defined above) may be, at MHTTs’ discretion, (i) automatically charged to the credit card you have on file with MHTT (members only), or (ii) paid pursuant to an invoice you receive electronically, with such invoice due upon receipt.
Re-Listing Fee:
If your auction purchases are not paid for by the removal deadline specified above, Those individuals not paying will not be permitted to participate in future auctions
Sales Tax:
The tax rate for this auction is 8.85%
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except the following Exemptions:
Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license & businesses with tax-exempt status (we must have a copy of your current license on file)
Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction.
